Service Description
The Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) with First Aid course is designed for healthcare providers and professional responders who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of settings. This comprehensive training combines high-performance BLS skills with essential first aid techniques, preparing participants to respond to breathing, cardiac, and first aid emergencies for all ages. Participants will learn the following: Perform high-quality one-and two-rescuer CPR for all ages Use an AED effectively Recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and choking Administer basic first aid **The course will include an online portion as well as classroom instruction and practical, hands-on skill sessions. Upon successful completion, participants receive a nationally recognized Red Cross certification, valid for two years.**
