Service Description

The Red Cross Lifeguarding Recertification course is designed for currently certified lifeguards (or those with recently expired certifications within 30 days) who need to renew credentials. Certification Requirements: Successful completion of all skill assessments and written tests Demonstration of lifeguarding and rescue techniques, including deep water scenarios Valid or recently expired (within 30 days) Red Cross Lifeguarding certification Completion of the pre-course swim test: 200 yard swim; 2-minute tread without hands; retrieval of 10-pound brick from 7-10 feet **The course will include an online portion as well as classroom instruction and practical, hands-on skill sessions. Upon successful completion, participants receive a nationally recognized Red Cross certification, valid for two years.**
